This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through puredirectpeptides.com. By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy and the other policies posted on the website.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment authorization or manual payment review, inventory confirmation, fraud screening, compliance review, and order acceptance. Typical processing time is 1-3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, carrier delays, compliance holds, payment review, weather delays, inventory issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We may delay, hold, or cancel an order if additional verification is required.

Shipping destinations

We ship only to destinations where we determine shipment is operationally feasible and legally appropriate. We may refuse shipment to restricted jurisdictions, addresses associated with prohibited activity, freight forwarders, mail drops, hotels, temporary addresses, P.O. boxes where limitations apply, or jurisdictions where products may be restricted, prohibited, or subject to import or licensing requirements.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that products may be lawfully purchased, imported, received, possessed, and used in your destination jurisdiction.

Shipping methods and delivery estimates

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Weather, holidays, customs, inspections, carrier disruptions, payment review, compliance review, or other events may delay delivery.

Tracking and address accuracy

After shipment, we may provide a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, seized, or misdelivered because of incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses.

Risk of loss and delivery issues

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier and notify us promptly. We may assist with carrier claims where possible, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked delivered.

Lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days within the United States or 21 business days internationally, contact support. If products arrive damaged, leaking, broken, thawed where cold shipping was purchased, visibly tampered with, or materially inconsistent with the order, contact us within 48-72 hours of delivery and include the order number, tracking number, package photos, product photos, and a description of the issue. Do not discard packaging or products until the claim is resolved.

Temperature-sensitive shipping

Some products may be shipped with cold packs, insulation, or other temperature-support packaging when selected or required. This packaging is intended to reduce temperature exposure during transit but does not guarantee a specific temperature range unless expressly stated in writing. You are responsible for retrieving shipments promptly and storing products according to product documentation immediately upon delivery.

International shipping and compliance holds

If international shipping is offered, you are the importer of record and are responsible for import laws, customs clearance, duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements. We do not guarantee customs clearance. Certain products may be restricted by destination, customer type, quantity, product type, or compliance status, and we may request additional verification before shipment.

Split shipments and shipping fees

We may split orders into multiple shipments. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout when applicable and are non-refundable unless we cancel the order before shipment or applicable law requires otherwise.
