Shipping Policy
Last updated: April 3, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, payment confirmation, and shipment handling are expected to work for orders placed through the website.
Free USPS Ground shipping
Pure & Direct Peptides offers free USPS Ground shipping for U.S.-based clients. Shipping begins only after payment confirmation, fulfillment review, and any required order checks are complete.
Order review before shipment
Orders are not considered ready for shipment immediately upon checkout. Because current payment methods are handled manually, each order must first move from awaiting-payment status to an internally confirmed state before fulfillment begins.
Processing time
Processing time may vary based on payment confirmation, order volume, stock status, documentation review, fraud-prevention checks, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Estimated timelines shown on the site are informational only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.
Shipping information accuracy
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra fees caused by incorrect addresses or incomplete recipient information.
Carrier and tracking
USPS Ground is the standard shipping method for eligible U.S. orders. When available, tracking information may be provided after fulfillment is processed. Carrier performance, transit times, and delivery outcomes are outside our direct control once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
Orders outside the United States
The storefront is currently built around U.S.-based shipping expectations. If a non-U.S. order or address appears during checkout, the order may be held, cancelled, or reviewed directly before any fulfillment decision is made.
Inventory, holds, and split decisions
If an item is unavailable, under review, or otherwise not ready to leave inventory, we may hold the order, cancel part of the order, or contact you with next-step options. We reserve the right to delay or refuse shipment when documentation, stock, or policy conditions require additional review.
Risk, delays, and exceptions
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather, customs, service interruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside reasonable operational control. Orders may also be held or cancelled for compliance, fraud-prevention, or policy reasons.
