Research use only
All products are sold solely for lawful laboratory research use by qualified individuals, businesses, institutions, or organizations. Products are not intended for use in or on humans or animals, diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, prevention of disease, or affecting the structure or function of the human or animal body.
No human or animal use
You must not ingest, inject, inhale, implant, apply topically, administer, consume, compound, prescribe, recommend, transfer, resell, or otherwise use any product in or on a human or animal. Products must not be used for self-experimentation, personal research, bodybuilding, fitness, weight loss, anti-aging, injury recovery, fertility, hormone modulation, sexual performance, cognitive enhancement, tanning, sleep, immune support, inflammation, pain, cosmetic effects, wellness, disease treatment, or symptom management.
No dosing or administration information
Pure & Direct Peptides does not provide dosing instructions, injection instructions, reconstitution instructions for administration, cycle or stacking guidance, therapeutic recommendations, veterinary recommendations, personal-use recommendations, clinical-use recommendations, or medical or pharmaceutical advice. Requests for such information will be refused and may result in order cancellation, account termination, or refusal of future service.
Customer qualifications
By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 21, are purchasing for lawful laboratory research only, have appropriate knowledge, training, facilities, equipment, and safety procedures, will comply with applicable rules, will prevent unauthorized access or transfer, and will not provide products to consumers, patients, athletes, minors, animals, clinics, medspas, pharmacies, compounders, resellers, or any person or entity for prohibited use.
Regulated research
Pure & Direct Peptides products are not sold for human clinical use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, or in vivo administration. If you are conducting regulated research, you are solely responsible for obtaining all required approvals, licenses, permits, IRB approvals, IACUC approvals, ethics approvals, safety approvals, and regulatory authorizations.
Labeling and documentation
Labels, certificates of analysis, specification sheets, lot data, purity results, and other documentation are provided only for laboratory identification and quality-control reference. Such documentation does not mean that a product is approved, safe, effective, sterile, injectable, ingestible, pyrogen-free, endotoxin-free, GMP-manufactured, clinically validated, medically appropriate, or suitable for human or animal administration.
Prohibited resale, reviews, and public statements
You may not resell, relabel, repackage, advertise, distribute, export, transfer, or otherwise provide products unless expressly authorized in writing and lawful in all applicable jurisdictions. You may not submit reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, social media tags, comments, or communications that mention or imply human or animal use, dosing, administration, medical benefits, therapeutic outcomes, consumer outcomes, side effects, or disease or symptom claims.
Compliance monitoring and violations
We may monitor orders, accounts, communications, reviews, product questions, shipping destinations, quantities, payment activity, and other signals for compliance purposes. Violation of this policy may result in order cancellation, refund denial where permitted, account suspension or termination, refusal of future sales, preservation of records, reporting where appropriate, and legal action.
