This Refund / Return Policy describes how Pure & Direct Peptides reviews requests related to order issues, shipment problems, and operational exceptions.
General policy posture
Because inventory, documentation, free USPS Ground shipping for U.S.-based clients, and manual payment handling are part of this business model, refund and return decisions are reviewed case by case. Submission of an order does not automatically create a right to cancellation, refund, or return.
Orders eligible for review
We may review refund, replacement, or corrective-action requests in situations such as:
- the wrong item was sent
- an order was paid but could not be fulfilled
- a shipment arrived materially damaged
- an order was duplicated because of a clear processing error
What to do if there is a problem
Contact support promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information such as packaging photos or shipment details. Requests that arrive long after delivery or without enough information to review may be denied.
Non-returnable or restricted situations
We may decline returns, refunds, or replacements for orders that show signs of misuse, incomplete information, policy violations, fraud risk, address errors supplied by the customer, or other circumstances that make the request unsupported.
Cancellations
Orders may sometimes be cancelled before fulfillment begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed once operational handling has started. If you need to request cancellation, contact support as quickly as possible and include your order number.
Manual payment issues
If a manual payment is sent without the correct order reference, with inconsistent sender information, or without enough information to match it to an order, resolution may be delayed while the payment is reviewed.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy from time to time to reflect operational changes, fraud-prevention needs, or updated business rules.
