No product is offered with instructions for human or animal use. We do not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, cycle, stacking, therapeutic, veterinary, medical, or personal-use guidance.

No medical advice

Pure & Direct Peptides does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, diagnostic, clinical, therapeutic, fitness, bodybuilding, weight-loss, anti-aging, fertility, hormone, or wellness advice. Nothing on the website, product pages, labels, certificates of analysis, emails, blog content, customer support communications, or social media should be interpreted as medical advice.

Customer certifications

By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 21, understand safe handling and storage of laboratory research materials, have adequate facilities and procedures, will use products only for lawful laboratory research, will not request personal-use guidance, and will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional rules, safety requirements, import/export requirements, and research-ethics requirements.

Order review and refusal

All orders are subject to acceptance, verification, fraud screening, compliance review, inventory availability, payment authorization, shipping restrictions, and our right to refuse service. We may cancel, refund, partially refund, void, or refuse an order if it appears connected to prohibited use, suspicious activity, restricted shipping, policy violations, pricing errors, unavailable products, or unacceptable legal, payment, safety, shipping, compliance, or reputational risk.

Product information may include name, sequence, formula, molecular weight, purity, format, storage conditions, lot number, or certificate of analysis when available. Product handling and assumption of risk

Prohibited conduct

You may not use products in or on humans or animals, purchase for personal experimentation or consumer outcomes, use products as regulated consumer or medical products, resell or advertise products for prohibited uses, request dosing or administration guidance, post content describing human or animal outcomes, make false or misleading statements, attack or scrape the website, evade checks, purchase for prohibited third parties, or import/export/transfer products in violation of law.

Reviews and user content

You may not submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, testimonials, or other content that mentions or implies human use, animal use, dosing, administration, treatment, health benefits, weight loss, muscle gain, anti-aging, fertility, recovery, healing, diagnosis, symptoms, side effects, or personal outcomes. We may edit, refuse, remove, moderate, report, or preserve any user content at any time.

Pricing, payment, shipping, and refunds

Prices, product availability, descriptions, images, specifications, and promotions may change without notice. Payment, shipping, returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the posted checkout terms and related policies. Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraudulent claims, or abuse of payment systems may result in account suspension, order cancellation, collections, legal action, and refusal of future service.

Compliance, intellectual property, and accounts

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your purchase, possession, import, export, storage, use, transfer, resale, disposal, and research activities. Website content, trademarks, logos, photos, text, design, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Pure & Direct Peptides. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.

Disclaimers, liability, and indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the website, products, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pure & Direct Peptides and related parties from claims arising from your use or misuse of the website or products, your violations, your content, and any prohibited use.

Termination, governing law, disputes, and changes

We may suspend access, cancel orders, restrict purchases, or refuse service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in prohibited conduct, or used the website unlawfully. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state selected by Pure & Direct Peptides when the business address is finalized. Before filing a legal claim, contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised Last Updated date.
